Yes, we ship internationally via DHL Express and USPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How long does it take for calming chews to work?
Most calming chews begin working within 30-60 minutes. For best results, give them to your pet before a stressful event like thunderstorms, travel, or vet visits.

How long do the calming diffusers last?
Our ALZOO calming diffusers last approximately 30 days per refill and cover up to 500 square feet.

Are your products safe for puppies and kittens?
Most of our products are safe for pets of all ages. Please check individual product descriptions for specific age recommendations.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.

What is your return policy?
